1Who we are
Intra is made by Taylor Bergquist. These terms cover the Intra app and this website.
2The early-access list
Joining the list is free and doesn’t commit you to anything. We’ll email you to confirm you’re on the list, and again when Intra is on the App Store. Intra isn’t released yet, and what this site shows, including features and the assistants it works with, may change before launch.
3This is not medical or fitness advice
Intra records what you tell it and does arithmetic on it. Estimated one-rep maxes, warm-up suggestions, rest timers and personal records are calculations, not recommendations, and the app knows nothing about your health, injuries or experience.
Lifting carries a real risk of injury. Decisions about what to lift and how hard to push are yours, and are worth making with a qualified coach or medical professional. Don’t use anything in the app or on this site as a substitute for that advice, and stop if something hurts. The same goes for anything an AI assistant suggests through Intra.
4Your data is yours, and so is backing it up
Your training is stored on your iPhone rather than on our servers, which means we can’t restore it for you. If your phone is lost, broken or reset without a backup, that history is gone and we have no copy to send you.
Keep iPhone backups turned on, and use Export Workout History from time to time if your log matters to you.
5The app is provided as it is
We work to keep Intra accurate and reliable, but it’s offered without warranty of any kind. We don’t promise it will be free of defects, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for injury, lost data or other loss arising from using it. Some places don’t allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as that law permits.
6Other services
Strava, Apple Maps and any AI assistant you connect are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for them. Muse, Grok, Claude and ChatGPT are trademarks of their owners, shown on this site to indicate compatibility. Intra isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by them.
7Using the app fairly
Don’t try to reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, and don’t use it to break the law. Beyond that, log whatever you like. If you download Intra from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
8Changes to these terms
These terms may change as Intra grows. The date at the top shows when they last did, and continuing to use Intra after a change means the updated terms apply.
