Acceptable use

Intra is for logging and planning your own training. When you use it, directly or through an AI assistant you’ve connected, please don’t:

  1. 1Break the law, or use Intra to harass, threaten or impersonate anyone.
  2. 2Share content that isn’t yours to share or is harmful. That includes routines, exercises, notes or names that are hateful or sexually explicit, or that copy someone else’s work without permission, such as a paid program.
  3. 3Try to get into anything that isn’t yours, whether that’s another person’s data, our systems, or an assistant account you don’t own.
  4. 4Overload, scrape or probe Intra’s services, or reach them by automated means other than an assistant acting for you.
  5. 5Send spam or advertising through Intra.
  6. 6Copy Intra’s exercise library or other content to build a competing product.

Your assistant acts for you. Anything an assistant does in Intra through your connection counts as something you did. Only connect assistants you trust, and disconnect any that misbehave.

If these rules are broken, we may remove what was shared or suspend a connection. To report misuse, email hello@intra.training.
