1Who we are
Intra is made by Taylor Bergquist. “We” in this policy means Taylor. You can reach us at hello@intra.training.
2This website
Early-access sign-up. If you join the list, your email address is stored with Resend, the service we use to send our emails. Resend and Cloudflare may process it in the United States. We’ll email you right away to confirm you’re on the list, and once more when Intra is on the App Store; that email has an unsubscribe link. You can ask us to delete your address at any time by writing to hello@intra.training. We don’t sell, rent or share the list, and we don’t add you to anything else.
Bot check. To keep the list free of spam, the sign-up form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at signals from your browser to tell people from bots. This happens under Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We only learn whether the check passed.
Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. We don’t add analytics or tracking scripts.
Fonts. The site’s typeface loads from Google Fonts, so your browser requests it from Google’s servers, under Google’s privacy policy.
Cookies and storage. The site sets no cookies of its own. If you pick Light or Dark from the theme menu, your browser remembers that choice. It’s never sent anywhere.
3The Intra app
What we collect. Nothing reaches us. The app has no sign-up and no account, and we hold no record that you use it.
Where your data lives. Your workouts, routines, exercises, measurements, nutrition entries, photos, gym setups and settings are stored on your iPhone and nowhere else. If you have iPhone backups turned on, this data is included in your own backup, which goes to your Apple account, not to us.
Location. When you save a workout, Intra can suggest the gym you’re at. It asks for permission the first time you tap the Gym row, and only uses location while the app is open. It takes a single reading, looks for nearby gyms using Apple Maps, and saves only the gym you pick, not your location. Apple handles Maps searches under Apple’s privacy policy. You can turn location off in iPhone Settings at any time and pick your gym by hand.
Camera and photos. A profile photo or progress photos you add stay in the app on your iPhone. They’re never uploaded.
Strava. If you connect Strava in Settings, Intra sends each workout you finish directly to Strava. It sends the workout’s title and a description built from the options you choose on the Strava screen. Intra reads nothing back except your Strava account name, and nothing passes through us. Strava’s sign-in tokens are kept in your iPhone’s Keychain. Disconnecting removes them and asks Strava to revoke Intra’s access. Activities already on Strava stay there, under Strava’s privacy policy.
Apple Health. Intra isn’t connected to Apple Health. Nothing is read or written, and you aren’t asked for permission. Before that connection is switched on, this policy will say exactly what it shares.
AI assistants. Connecting Intra to your AI assistant isn’t available yet. When it is, it will only work with your permission. Before it launches, this policy will explain what’s shared, with whom, and how to disconnect.
Crash reports and diagnostics. No crash-reporting service is built into Intra, so nothing is sent, whichever way the Share Crash Reports switch is set. The app keeps a short log of internal errors on your iPhone. That log leaves your phone only if you choose to email it to us from Support, and you can read it first.
Taking your data with you. Settings → Data Management → Export Workout History saves every completed set to a CSV file you can open in a spreadsheet or import into another app. It’s free, with no limit on how often you use it.
Deleting your data. Deleting the app removes its data from your iPhone. We never had a copy, so there’s nothing to ask us to delete. To remove your early-access email, use the unsubscribe link or write to hello@intra.training.
4Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@intra.training. The only thing we could hold is your email address. If you’re in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
5Children
Intra and this website aren’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
6Changes to this policy
If Intra or this website starts doing something this page doesn’t describe, this page changes first. The date at the top shows when it last did.
